By letting me help you with builders, you get all the services offered in this presentation, as well as those offered by the builder...without paying more. I have experience in new home construction for I worked on a new home construction site as a realtor.

Once you make the decision and commitment to sign with me, I am committed to finding your dream home. I am able to accomplish these goals by working exclusively for you. By signing a Buyer’s Agency Agreement, I am able to tell you everything about the property.

Therefore, my commitment and services to you, as a buyer, begins at the signing of your Buyer’s Agency Agreement because no realtor will spend more time and effort in finding you your home than me! Through instant buyer notification, I will pull up daily all new listings that meet your needs, and you’ll be the first buyer in the door of a home that has just come on the market. As your buyer’s agent, I can refer you to the three best inspectors in the area because I have a fiduciary responsibility to protect you. As a buyer’s agent, my company and I are responsible through the closing. After the closing if there is a problem, you can still call me.
